The episode starts with Deepa telling the Kothari family that Kanika is right. Bhagyasree asks Deepa what she is saying. Deepa tells the Kothari family that Bhanu wanted to attack Karthik because of her. She also says that Kanika’s engagement was stopped because of her. Deepa says that if the engagement does not happen today, she will regret it for the rest of her life. She asks Karthik to proceed with the ring ceremony as the auspicious time has not yet passed. Chitralekha tells Karthik that Deepa has said the right thing.
Chitralekha and Kailashnath ask Karthik to continue with the ring ceremony. Karthik agrees at the behest of both families and puts the ring on Kanika’s finger. Kanika then puts the ring on Karthik’s finger, completing the ceremony. Kailashnath congratulates all the family members and blesses Karthik and Kanika.
Kanika gives the credit for her engagement to Chitralekha and thanks her. Deepa congratulates Kanika, and Kanika thanks Deepa in return.
Karthik and Kanika take blessings from all the elders one by one.
Later, Ranjit tells the Kothari family that they should celebrate Kanika and Karthik’s wedding even more grandly. Mahindra agrees.
Karthik thinks about Jyoti and goes to her. Jyoti asks Deepa where Karthik is. Karthik tells Jyoti that he is there. Jyoti tells Karthik that she has homework to do and asks him to take her home. Karthik agrees and takes Jyoti with him.
Chitralekha goes to Kanika and says that she can finally sleep peacefully now that Karthik and Kanika are engaged. Kanika tells Chitralekha that there is still a problem. Chitralekha says that the problem is Deepa. Kanika says that until Deepa and Jyoti stay in the house, Karthik’s focus will always be on them.
Kanchan asks Karthik why he looks stressed. Karthik tells her that Jyoti is not well. Kanchan says that the doctor told them she is fine. Karthik replies that the doctor has not told them the whole story and insists that Jyoti is unwell. Kanchan says that Deepa should know about Jyoti’s condition. Karthik says he will talk to Deepa once he gets clarity about Jyoti’s condition. He adds that he will meet a good surgeon regarding Jyoti’s condition and then speak to Deepa. Kanchan agrees.
The next day, Deepa’s inner self appears in front of her and confronts her. Her inner self blames her for Karthik being in danger. Deepa says she does not want Karthik to be in danger because of her. Her inner self tells her to go back to the village without informing anyone so that Karthik will not be in danger.
Deepa packs her clothes. Vijayanti asks Deepa where they are going. Deepa says they are going back to the village. Vijayanti asks if they should inform Bhagyasree. Deepa says no and also asks Vijayanti not to tell Jyoti. Vijayanti agrees.
Jyoti asks Deepa why she is packing clothes. Vijayanti says it is because she is leaving for the village. Deepa tells Jyoti that they will see Vijayanti off. Jyoti agrees and goes with Deepa and Vijayanti to the bus station.
Deepa buys three tickets at the bus stand. Jyoti asks why she is buying three tickets. Deepa tells her that they are also going back to the village. Jyoti says she has not said goodbye to Karthik and Bhagyasree. Seeing that Deepa is distracted, Jyoti runs away.
Deepa and Vijayanti search for Jyoti. Meanwhile, Karthik tells Kanchan that he is going out to meet a doctor regarding Jyoti’s condition. Kanchan agrees.
Jyoti looks for Karthik on the road. While running away from Deepa, she loses consciousness on the road. Karthik notices a crowd and stops his car. He sees Jyoti unconscious and takes her home in his car.
Karthik calls Deepa and informs her that Jyoti is with him and that he found her unconscious on the road.
Jyoti regains consciousness. Karthik asks her why she was unconscious on the road. Jyoti says that Deepa was taking her to the village and that she does not want to leave him. She tells Karthik that he takes very good care of her like a father and asks if he will become her father. Kanchan is shocked to hear this.
Deepa arrives at Karthik’s house and asks where Jyoti is. Karthik says Jyoti is resting. Deepa says they should leave and asks Karthik to call Jyoti. Karthik says Jyoti cannot leave in this condition. Deepa asks what happened to Jyoti. Karthik decides not to tell Deepa about Jyoti’s condition until he gets clarity. Deepa calls out to Jyoti.
Jyoti comes downstairs. Deepa tries to take her away, but Karthik stops her and says Jyoti will stay there. Deepa says she is Jyoti’s mother and has the right to take her away.
The episode ends.

Bhagyasree accuses Deepa of betraying her. Kailashnath asks Deepa to leave the house. Kanika throws Deepa out of the house. Karthik catches Deepa and warns Kanika not to insult her, saying that Deepa is his wife.
Our take:- Deepa’s silent sacrifice once again puts her at crossroads, but fate seems determined to pull her back into Karthik’s life.
