The episode starts with Mandira taking off Shiv’s coat from Shakti. Mandira says to Shakti that she will never be a doctor. Mandira calls Shakti a thief and leaves from there.
Shiv calls Shakti and says thanks and sorry to her. Shakti asks Shiv why is he saying thanks and sorry? Shiv says sorry as he couldn’t help her and thanks as she did what he had to do. Shakti argues with Shiv and reminds him it is his job to save the patient and not hers. Shiv says that’s the reason he is saying thank you. Shiv notices his chain locket around Shakti’s neck. Shiv points his finger at the chain locket but Shakti thinks she is pointing at her. Shakti argues with Shiv for pointing his finger at her. Shiv praises Shakti for her work and gives her two stars. Shakti scolds Shiv and asks if he is alright and he is not mad? Shiv’s brother sees him having trouble and takes him away from there.
Kashyap’s family sees in the news that Keertan saved a child by cutting his throat and doing an emergency airway procedure. The whole Kashyap family praises Keertan. Sundari brings sweets to celebrate this event. Shiv comes and asks if there is any celebration in the house. Kashyap’s family says Keertan saved a child and shows the news video about Keertan saving the child. Shiv after seeing the video says it’s wrong and says Shakti saved the child and not Keertan. Shakti thinks she will marry someone who she can share her happiness and sorrows with. Shiv talks to the moon and says he might laughing at him. Shiv says he is in tension hearing about his marriage talks. Shiv thinks how can he keep someone happy when he isn’t happy.
