The episode starts with Mansi mixing poison in the cake. Mansi puts on her costume and leaves from there. Arya feels surprised seeing the kids. Neeraj says to Arya there is another surprise. Neeraj closes Arya’s eyes and takes him away from there.
Neeraj asks Arya to open his eyes. Arya pulls off the cloth from the gift. Arya sees that these are photos of his wife and him. Arya feels happy with the surprise. Arya thinks of Anu.
Zande says to Arya that Anu will always be with him in his heart. Anjali also says to Arya that she hopes that both of them will be together soon. Sharada and Neeraj try to cheer him up. Arya thanks his family. Preeti says everyone is waiting for them and asks them to come. Sharada agrees.
Sharada asks Arya to cut the cake. The kids sing a happy birthday song for Anu. Arya cuts the cake. Sharada feeds Cake to Arya. Neeraj and Anjali also feed cake to Arya. Arya asks Neeraj to distribute the cake to the kids. Neeraj agrees.
Arya feels dizzy and vomits blood. Arya seeing this stops Neeraj. Arya says to Neeraj that there is poison in the cake. Arya collapses on the spot. Arya loses consciousness. Arya’s family worries about Arya. Mansi later realises that she is just dreaming. Mansi thinks it is going to be true. Sharada asks Arya to cut the cake. Neeraj sees that there are no candles. Preeti sends Anu to bring the candles.
Anu finds the poison bottle on the floor. Anu thinks someone might have mixed poison in the cake as the cake was here just before they brought it to the hall.
Arya says to Sharada that they should cut the cake with the kids. Arya asks the kids to cut the cake. Anu comes and throws the cake away.
Arya asks Saira Bhanu why did she do it? Saira Bhanu says there is poison in the cake. Saira Bhanu shows the bottle to Zande and says there are also poison drops at the place where the cake has been kept.
Arya says to Zende that the person who tried to poison him might be in the party. Zende goes outside to look for anyone suspicious. Neeraj asks Mansi to take off the mask. Preeti says to Neeraj that he is Naresh a part of their team. Arya asks Neeraj to leave him. Neeraj says only the guests that they have invited are here. Zende comes and says there isn’t anyone suspicious outside. Zende says the one who tried to poison him might have escaped. Arya asks Neeraj to calm down the guests and asks Neeraj to make sure that everyone eats lunch. Arya asks Neeraj to test the food before serving it to the guests. Neeraj agrees and leaves from there. Sharada and Arya thank Saira Bhanu. Saira Bhanu says it’s her duty. Zende asks Arya who might have done it? Arya says, Mansi and comments on her.
Arya comes to his room and recalls what happened. Arya hopes that this is her first birthday that he celebrated without her. Arya hopes that it will also be the last. Anu hopes that she can get back together with Arya but she couldn’t.
Reshma and Preeti come to Anu and asks her if she is thinking about Arya. Anu asks Reshma about the kids. Reshma says they are sleeping. Arya comes out of his room. Preeti’s staff come and congratulate Saira Bhanu as they heard that today is Saira Bhanu’s birthday from Reshma. Preeti’s staff brings Saira Bhanu some small cakes to celebrate. Anu thanks them.
