The episode starts with Kashi fainting on the horse. Bajirao holds her and stops the horse at once. He sprinkles water on her face and she regains consciousness. He tells her to take rest as she looks tired. Kashi says but she has to meet Balaji at any cost. They can’t waste time. Bajirao makes her drink water and praises her courage. He says she is no less than a warrior who can fight for her family’s good. Kashi and Bajirao again leave for Satara to meet Balaji. Balaji reaches King Shahu’s Palace and Bajirao reaches with Kashi later. Baji tells Kashi that Balaji rides the horse too fast so they couldn’t catch him and now they are not allowed to enter the palace so they should return back. Kashi says but she doesn’t want to leave without talking to King Shahu. Radha’s trust on her should not be broken. The guards stop them from entering while Bajirao pleads them saying its really urgent.
King Shahu scolds Balaji why he couldn’t stop the Peshwa’s kidnapping, the common people are losing their trust on the King and Ranisaheba is also laughing at him. Balaji replies Ranisaheba’s soldier trapped the Peshwa otherwise it was not possible to kidnap him despite the tight security. Balaji adds he can’t directly attack else Peshwa’s life will be in risk. He can just plead for Peshwa’s freedom but in return Ranisaheba’s soldier will ask for money which he can’t give him. King Shahu says he is trying to say King should plead for Peshwa’s freedom. Balaji says he is just telling the fact, he is not disrespecting him. King Shahu doesn’t want to meet him. Radha hopes that Kashi will do some miracle and Balaji will become the Peshwa. Krishnarao also believes in Kashi and Anu taunts him saying Kashi is not that experienced, she will get scolded by Balaji and Radha both for her stupidity. Radha will send Kashi to Chaskaman forever as a punishment. Chimaji shuts Anu up.
Balaji gets shocked to know Bajirao also is present in the Palace. He tells King Shahu that he had no idea about that. King Shahu allows Bajirao to come in. Bajirao gets questioned by Balaji why he came here when he told him to stay in the wada. Bajirao apologises to King for interrupting the discussion. He says his wife Kashi has a solution to free Peshwa. Balaji scolds Bajirao saying how can he bring Kashi here. He apologises to King saying Baji and Kashi are kids, so they have no idea what they are doing. Others also tell King to not listen to Kashi as she is just a kid who has no knowledge about battle. King Shahu stops Bajirao from leaving and says he will talk to Kashi. Kashi, Bajirao and Balaji meet the king in a room.
King Shahu asks Kashi about her idea. Kashi tells the story of Anu twisting Ganga’s hand. Ganga lied to Anu that Radha has come so Anu got scared and freed her hand but the person was Kaveri not Radha. Anu got afraid as Radha holds a powerful position than Kaveri. In this case Peshwa’s kidnapper won’t get convinced if Balaji pleads him being a commander. For that King Shahu should make Balaji Peshwa. Balaji stands shocked hearing that. Later Pant and Bajirao support Kashi saying she is right as Balaji will be able to take any kind of decision to save Bahiropant and King Shahu doesn’t have to meet Ranisaheba’s soldier as well. Bahiropant’s value will be less so he won’t be in trouble. King Shahu asks Kashi didn’t she get scared thinking about the consequences? Kashi says she is the daughter in law of a soldier’s family and she has been taught to face the difficult situations bravely.
