Sony SAB’s emotional drama Itti Si Khushi is heading toward one of its most intense and thought-provoking storylines. The upcoming track will revolve around Anvita, a strong and independent woman who has always stood as the pillar of her family. But this time, she is forced to make the toughest decision of her life, one that will test her heart, her morals, and her identity as a daughter.
According to the latest promo, Anvita’s father Suhas is suffering from liver failure due to excessive alcoholism. His condition is critical, and the doctors inform the family that he can only survive if someone donates a portion of their liver. The entire Divekar family turns to Anvita, expecting her to step forward and save her father’s life.

Initially, Anvita agrees to donate her liver, ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for her father. However, just before the operation, she rethinks her decision. She realizes that Suhas has never truly cared for his family — his drinking habits have repeatedly destroyed their happiness and stability. Anvita fears that if he survives, he might go back to his old ways, once again ruining their lives.
