This week started with Maadi Baa asking Anandi to keep doing massage. Later Sejal complains to Premji about Baa’s strict behaviour towards Anandi. She feels guilty of not being a good mother. Premji promises to talk to Maadi Baa to act soft towards Anandi. He says if it was possible he would never allow Anandi to go back. Sejal reminds him that all this is just pretense for Baa and Anandi needs to go back to her home soon.
Anandi says she wants to go back home. She tells she has been missing her parents a lot. Premji makes her understand that she has to stay till Maadi Baa is here, then he will drop her back to home. Devali is about to tell Anandi truth about her marriage with Jigar. However Devraj comes there and stops her. Baa shows the stick which was gifted to Devraj’s father by Gandhiji. Anandi gets fascinated and wants to touch it but Baa doesn’t allow her. She feels sad. Jigar is playing with ball. Anandi asks him to play with her. He throws the ball suddenly at her due to which her forehead gets hurt and starts bleeding. Anandi starts crying badly. Devali comes and intentionally presses on hurt part. Premji asks her to remove her hand but instead gets scolded by Maadi Baa. Premji lies to Khimji and says he is at Ahmedabad for meeting and will bring back Anandi once he comes back.
Sejal overhears their conversation and questions Premji about his lie. He says he doesn’t want to get separated from Anandi. Sejal tells him to control his attachment and feelings but Premji says he has all the rights as she is their daughter in law. Anandi comes there and asks if they are talking about her. Premji changes the topic and asks about her injury.
Kanku and Jigar are going to school. Anandi asks what she will do all alone. She asks Sejal for her breakfast. Maadi Baa comes there and tells her not to ask her mother in law instead go and bring breakfast for both Sejal and her. Maadi Baa gives prasad to everyone except her and tells her to do household chores to get prasad. Anandi feels upset. Later Anandi is alone so she goes to find Sejal but she is sleeping. Anandi goes to Maadi Baa’s room and gets fascinated by curtains of Lord Krishna’s idol. She finds idol lying and thinks it had fallen ao makes it sit straight again.
Maadi Baa scolds Anandi badly for disturbing sleep of KanhaJi. She asks Sejal to bring all old copper and bronze utensils. Maadi Baa asks Anandi to clean all of them. Anandi says she has never cleaned vessels like these. Baa cleans one and Anandi gets surprised how shiny and clean it looks, she asks Baa to clean all the vessels. Baa tells her not to speak much and clean the utensils. Anandi does the work and cleans all of them.
After a while, Devali tells Anandi that she and Jigar are really married. Anandi laughs at her and tells she has misunderstanding just like Jigar. But earlier she had asked her parents and even Premji to clear the doubt and if she wants she can also ask him. Devali wonders how to make Anandi believe her. Maadi Baa tells Anandi utensils could have become more clean but its fine as its her first time. She gives her some nuts to eat as reward.
Kanku and Jigar come back from school but both have respective works and do not play with Anandi. Sejal consoles Anandi. Jigar tells Sejal that he has to do school project and asks when Premji will return. When Premji explains Jigar to make his hydel power project Anandi looks and finds it very interesting. Later Jigar starts making his project. Maadi Baa asks Anandi to bring dry clothes from terrace. When Anandi is going to room she asks Jigar to let her take a closer look but he scolds her and asks her to leave.
Anandi sees the pile of clothes and thinks it will take long to fold them. Devali comes and her pile of sarees too. Anandi thinks saree is so long that she cannot hold both ends together but then she ties one end to cupboard and then folds the clothes. After she finishes, Baa asks her to put food in plate and take it for Jigar. Jigar had almost completed his project. Anandi slips on the glue and whole plate of food on Jigar’s project. He shouts at her for destroying his project. All family members come there. Sejal and Premji pick up Anandi and asks if she got hurt. Anandi tells she slipped due to glue.
Premji tells Jigar he should have been careful. Jigar cries and says Anandi is troubling him since she came here and tells them to send her back. Maadi Baa calls Anandi inauspicious and says she casted black eyes on Jigar’s project. Jigar says he will get scolded at school so he won’t go to school next day. Anandi feels guilty and thinks of helping Jigar. She prays to goddess to show her right way. She gets an idea and makes home made glue. Anandi doesn’t find scale so she uses Baa’s stick kept there. Baa thinks to go and find her stick but gets sprain in foot so she doesn’t go.
Anandi recalls how Premji had explained Jigar to do project and does in the same way. Devali sees Anandi doing project so she turns off the main switch to trouble her. However Anandi brings candles and does her work. Sejal wakes up and tells Premji she cannot find Anandi anywhere. They both go outside and see the project done and Anandi sleeping on floor. They bring Jigar and show him the project. He says it more beautiful than what he had. He gets very happy seeing the project working. Baa comes there and sees her stick, she is about to scold Anandi but Jigar tells her to see his project.
UMaadi Baa and Devraj tells how they have kept GandhiJi’s stick so preserved so that next generation can see it.Sejal tries to pacify her but Anandi cries and says she doesn’t want to stay there anymore. Sejal tells her she will call Ratan and she can talk to her decide. Anandi stops crying and doesn’t tell anything to Ratan. Jigar comes back from school and calls out loudly for Anandi. Anandi gets worried and thinks if she will get scolded again. Jigar acts angry and asks Anandi what it is. Anandi is nervous but then he tells that his project was well appreciated.
Anandi is bringing the stick but her foot slips on the stairs. She leaves the stick to save herself from falling down. Stick falls on the ground and breaks into two pieces. Baa scolds Anandi badly. Anandi answers back that she didn’t do this intentionally. Devali provokes Baa more by saying how inspite of doing mistake Anandi is continuously answering back. Anandi says she was just explaining how the stick fell down. Baa tells her she should have fell but should have saved the stick. Anandi runs back to run away and packs her luggage. She tells Sejal she wants to go back home.
Jigar shows his trophy to everyone and thanks Anandi. He gives her chocolate as token of gratitude for helping her. Anandi, Jigar and Kanku dances happily. Anandi says to Jigar that her parents would be so happy to see the project and trophy. Jigar says they can click pictures and send it to them. He asks Kanku to click pictures. He sees the pic and says its not good and tells Kanku to click with his phone. Kanku feels bad but clicks it. Kanku asks Devali for a new smart However, Devali scolds her and leaves. Anandi tries to cheer her up and tells her to change her dress and then they can practice dance together by playing song on radio. Kanku is hesitant but then once Anandi plays song on radio both of them start enjoying together.
Maadi Baa hears the loud music and gets annoyed. She goes to find and then sees Anandi and Kanku dancing inside the room. Baa angrily breaks the radio by throwing it on floor. Anandi asks Premji to take her back to home. Premji makes some excuses. Sejal questions Premji about his words. Premji doesn’t want to send Anandi back. Khimji calls Premji and asks him if he has returned back from Ahmedabad. Premji recalls he had lied to Khimji. Premji again makes excuses when Khimji tells him to bring Anandi back.
Anandi goes to buy kulfi and sees two men talking about smartphone. She recalls Kanku wanted a new phone. She gets fooled by them and exchanges her Mangalsutra to get the smart phone from them. Anandi gives the new smart phone to Kanku and tells that she had exchanged it for necklace. Kanku gets shocked to see Anandi is not wearing her Mangalsutra. She says it was not just necklace but mangalsutra. Anandi doesn’t understand the difference. Kanku tells they need to go and bring it back before anyone at home notices. In the upcoming episodes we will see Anandi trying to leave the house after being badly humiliated by Maadi Baa.
