Colors tv show Balika Vadhu is gaining attention of the audience by raising various issues faced in the society. While Premji and Khimji are setting a good example of friendship, on other hand Premji’s own sister is shown treating him like an enemy.
In the previous episode Sejal and Ratan were playing with Anandi. Sejal told Ratan about her sister in law Devadi and her daughter Kanku. Sejal told Premji that Baa had called. She tried to convince Premji that he should go once.
Premji went to his family home with Sejal, Jigar and Gopal. Sejal went and knocked the door while Premji waited outside. Baa felt overwhelmed seeing them. Devadi saw them and started insulting them. Baa called Kanku to come and meet her maternal uncle but Devadi doesn’t allow them to meet. Premji felt very angry because of all the humiliation and left with his family while due to the chaos Baa fell unconscious.
In the upcoming episodes we will see Premji asking for Anandi and Jigar to get married. While police comes to their home, they get the kids married in a moving truck. The show will soon take a small leap and we will meet Anandi few years older.
How will Anandi fight for her rights?
Will society’s practices by elders destroy the future of these kids?
