Picturetime (A Mobile Digital Movie Theatre company) starts Covid vaccination drive for all its employees, staff, technicians and volunteers and their respective families, held at Apollo Delhi where Picturetime had also set up a forty oxygen bed Medical Unit.
Throughout the pandemic, in an initiative to fight COVID -19, Picturetime extended help with their innovative resourcefulness, keeping in mind the need of the hour and the current scenario when it comes to medical facilities, came up with Solutions that provides a variety of portable shelters and mobile hospitals to enable communities to rapidly respond to large scale disasters, providing medical facilities and emergency shelters.

Picturetime has successfully set up these inflatable hospitals with oxygen bed and ICU facility in Mumbai (75 beds at Tata Memorial Hospital), Delhi (40 beds in Apollo Indraprastha Hospital), Madhya Pradesh (4 Medical units with 20 beds each in different localities in M.P), and Sibsagar,Assam (60 beds). These inflatable hospitals can be deployed within five days at any location.

As a Mobile Digital Movie Theatre company, Picturetime Digiplex has been responsible for taking box office hit films like Salman Khan’s Dabangg3 and Ajay Devgan’s Tanhaji to the interiors of Maharashtra and received a roaring response. Actor,Director and Producer Satish Kaushik’s film Kaagaz was also screened in the interiors of Uttar Pradesh early this year.

So far, Picturetime has screened films in 14 states including Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and others.

In the light of the current state of affairs when India suffers from a deadly pandemic, with the Entertainment industry being badly hit, and the country being affected at ghastly levels our healthcare terrain needs help and support more than ever, Therefore, using the same combination of inflatable, expandable and foldable enclosures that served as cinema theatres, Picturetime set up mobile medical facilities that can be rapidly deployed when and where they are needed, looking at the need of the hour.
